Each client receives a personalized therapy session that utilizes various psychological and esoteric methods/techniques.
During the therapy, individuals work through relevant topics to enhance their quality of life and improve their emotional and physical well-being.
Topics include: lack of self-trust and self-belief, feelings of insecurity, various fears, anger, self-acceptance and body acceptance, refusal/denial from parents (or others), inability to express emotions, releasing pain and resentment, feelings of anxiety, and more."
